Francisco de Pájaro – Art Is Trash

The video from 2021-05-06 documents another work by Francisco de Pájaro, better known as Art Is Trash. His canvas is whatever people throw away: cardboard, bin bags, broken chairs and old mattresses become grinning characters within minutes. That makes every figure a one-off: once the street is cleaned, it is gone, and often only videos like this one remain. His figures poke fun at throwaway culture, power and the established art world.
